Raising quality puppies is my full-time job. I also work part time as a  dog trainer and assistant at a veterinary hospital.  This  provides me with a greater understanding of canines and their health issues and 24-7 access to quality care for my dogs.  I spend a great deal of time and money on each of my adult dogs and each litter to ensure you receive the highest quality puppy I can raise.   Few understand my love and devotion to my animals and why I do what I do.  Those who have purchased pups from me in the past have a greater understanding of my devotion to their pups when they take them home and are willing to provide references if needed.  But, not having had that experience, the only way I can express to someone looking is with my reputation and desire to breed great dogs with futures in the field, the show ring or your heart.  I ran across this poem a few days ago and it pretty much explains where my passion is with "just dogs".

Please take a moment to read about our past pups and let me know if you would like to contact a few for a personal reference they would be happy to rave to you about their awesome dogs!   Purchasing a puppy is a 10-12 year commitment and we will be happy to provide you with a good foundation in making an educated choice.

If you have any questions about weims or my beliefs about them please dont hesitate to ask  I can promise honest heartfelt answers to your questions.

It's Just a Dog

From time to time people tell me, "lighten up, It's just a dog", or, "That's a lot of money for "just a dog."  They don't understand the distance traveled, the time spent or the costs invoved for "just a dog."

Some Of My proudest Moments have come about with "just a dog."

Many hours have passed and my only companion was "just a dog," but I did not once feel slighted.

Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by "just a dog," and, in those days of darkness, the gentle touch of "just a dog" gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.

If you, too, think it's "just a dog," then you will probably understand phrases like "just a friend," "just a sunrise," or "just a promise"

"Just a dog" brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust and pure unbridled joy.

"Just a dog" brings out the compassion and patience that makes me a better person.

Because of "just a dog" I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future.

So for me, and folks like me, it's not "just a dog" but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, fond memories of the past and the pure joy of the moment.

"Just a dog" brings out what's good in me and diverts my thoughts away from myself and the worries of the day.

I hope that someday they can understand that it's not "just a dog" but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being "just a human."

So the next time you hear the phrase "just a dog" just smile....because they "just don't understand."
